Maple Syrup- Kielbasa Stir Fry
Ingredients:

1 package kielbasa
-
Vegetables, frozen or fresh: Broccoli,
carrots, corn, beans, onions, mushrooms, peppers.

Rice
-
Maple syrup
Slice kielbasa and vegetables that need
chopping. Add maple syrup to skillet. Add kielbasa: heat. Add all vegetables.
Heat medium, covered for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.

Maple Kielbasa Bites
Ingredients:

12 oz kielbasa
-
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

¼ cup maple syrup

Skewers
Cut Kielbasa into bite size pieces. Dip pieces
into a mixture of maple syrup whisked with mustard. Thread Kielbasa on skewers
and grill over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side or until browned and heated
through. Approx- 6 servings

Maple Glazed Kielbasa
Ingredients:

1 lb. link of kielbasa
-
½ cup maple syrup
Slice Kielbasa and quarter each slice. Sautee
the meat on medium heat in a frying pan for 20 minutes. Pour off the grease
leaving the meat in the pan. Add the syrup and continue to sauté on low heat for
15 to 20 minutes turning the chunks often. Kielbasa is ready when the syrup
starts to glaze the meat. Cooking too fast burns the syrup- making a poor glaze.
