Fuller's Favorite Uses for Maple Syrup
Fuller’s Sugarhouse produces award winning maple products. We also enjoy using what we make! We thought we would share with you some of our favorite uses of maple syrup and maple products. Some of these are not unique to Fuller’s, but some might be a new idea for you. Use whatever grade you have or enjoy the most.

Use maple syrup instead of sugar on your hot or cold cereal

Make your own barbecue sauce using maple syrup as the base and then add whatever you like to it.

Make your own salad dressing starting with mayonnaise and maple syrup, add extra ingredients to taste.

Use maple syrup and maple sugar as a topping to your favorite ice cream (not just vanilla anymore).

Add maple syrup to a glass of milk for a great drink (Dad’s favorite).

And of course- maple syrup is a must on pancakes, waffles and French toast.

Use maple syrup as your base when making a marinade for beef jerky!

Add just a little maple syrup to ground beef after it’s browned in the pan.

Spread maple cream on a “Ritz” cracker and enjoy with your favorite beverage (Dave’s favorite)

Drizzle maple syrup over cooked carrots

Spread peanut butter on a hot waffle and top with maple syrup.

Spread peanut butter on a hot English muffin and top with maple cream

Use dry maple sugar when making whipped cream. Makes a creamy maple topping for your favorite dessert!
