Maple syrup in the form of a cream spread. This spread will melt right into your toast, muffins or bagel. It's great on crackers too. Maple cream may have a tendency to separate - this is no problem. Just stir and it will blend back into a cream. Store in the refrigerator. If you find it too stiff to spread when you take it out, just pop it into the microwave for a few seconds and it softens right up.
