There are three grades of "Grade A" maple syrup and all have the same density. Whichever grade you choose, you can be sure that all maple syrup meets our highest standards.

Light Amber is very light in color and has a smooth and delicate flavor. We feel it captures the very essence of the maple tree - A Fuller Family Favorite.
Medium Amber is slightly darker in color and has a bit more pronounced maple flavor, which is both rich and smooth.
Dark Amber is even darker in color, with a very pronounced maple flavor that some people desire.

Grade B is the darkest in color with strong maple flavor, predominantly used for cooking but many just love all that flavor on their pancakes.

Pure Maple Syrup Candy
Made from 100% pure maple syrup with no additives or preservatives. Every piece is packaged by hand.

Pure Maple Syrup Cream
Maple syrup in the form of a spread. This spread will melt right into your toast, muffins or bagel. It's great on crackers too. Maple cream may have a tendency to separate - this is no problem. Just stir and it will blend back into a cream. Store in the refrigerator. If you find it too stiff to spread when you take it out, just pop it into the microwave for a few seconds and it softens right up.

Maple Syrup Sugar
This golden sugar is made from 100% pure maple syrup. It can be used in place of either white or brown sugar. Bake with it, use it on toast or cereal. Try dipping fresh strawberries into it for a tasty treat.
