1-BACK ORDER POLICY 

Fuller’s Sugarhouse attempts to fill all orders placed with us. If an order cannot be filled completely, you will be notified by e-mail or phone and the unavailable item may be substituted with a “like” item. A “like” item is one of the same value, size and price. If substitution is not acceptable, we will hold the order until all items are completed, or refund the whole order upon request of the purchaser.

For each visitor to our Web pages, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer’s domain name and e-mail address.  We collect the domain name and e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, name, address and telephone number. The information that we collect is used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site and to contact consumers for marketing purposes. We do not set any cookies!

If you do not wish to receive e-mail information from us in the future please let us know by providing us with your name and address, e-mail address and telephone number and we will remove your information from our records.
