Maple Fizz Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 1 splash egg white
  • 1 slice Honeydew melon
  • 1 splash Club Soda

Preparation

  1. Muddle the melon in the bottom of a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and all other ingredients except club soda and shake vigorously
  3. Strain into the glass and top with club soda
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist and a slice of melon
