Maple Nut Brittle


  • 1 cup Fuller's Sugarhouse Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 lb Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2-3 cups Favorite nuts


  1. Melt butter. Mix in sugar and Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
  2. Carefully boil mixture to 300°, or 'hard crack' stage.
  3. Remove from heat and pour on nuts.
  4. Spread mixture evenly onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  5. Let cool until it is room temperature, hard, and you can lift it from the pan (1-2 hours or longer depending on the thickness of the pan and temperature of your room), then break into pieces. *You can put it in the fridge to speed up the process, but it will cause you to loose the 'shine' of the brittle.
