Maple Cinnamon Chex Mix
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp allspice
- 4 cups Rice chex
- 4 cups Corn chex
- 4 cups pretzels sticks
- (as desired) sesame seeds
- to taste Kosher salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Whisk Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice into melted butter.
- Toss Rice chex, Corn chex, and pretzels in large mixing bowl. Pour spiced butter over chex mix.
- Stir to coat evenly.
- Spread chex mix onto baking sheets evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired. Salt to taste.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes. Stir every 10-15 to ensure even toasting/coating.
