Maple Mango Salsa
- 1 Mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 Green bell pepper, diced
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 2 T. Lemon juice
- 1/4 C. Fresh cilantro
- to taste Salt
- 1-2 T. Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients, add Sweet Heat to taste, and refrigerate.
- If you prefer a smoother less chunky salsa, combine all
- Process until it is coarsely chopped. Refrigerate.
