It’s Maple Month – one of our favorite times of year here at Fuller’s Sugarhouse. Each year, we tap more than 30,000 trees and produce over 12,000 gallons of pure NH maple syrup. We use our fresh crop to produce and sell a full selection of pure NH maple products.
The Fuller family has been producing high quality, pure NH maple products for over 50 years. As a small, family-owned and operated maple farm, we take pride in producing high quality, great tasting pure NH maple products and care deeply for the maple trees that provide us with their sap. We strive to limit our carbon footprint and be an environmentally friendly small business.
Maple Weekend at Fuller’s Sugarhouse
March 15 + 16, 10am – 3pm
Join Fuller’s Sugarhouse during NH Maple Weekend, March 15 + 16 at our Sugarhouse, 2021 Presidential Highway in Jefferson.
- Take in great views of New Hampshire’s mighty Presidential range on the way to our sugarhouse.
- When you arrive, head out on a walking tour of the woods and learn how we collect sap from maple trees (weather permitting, please dress accordingly.)
- Inside the sugarhouse, see how we convert sap into our pure maple syrup.
- If weather permits, watch us boil sap into pure maple syrup.
- Enjoy sugar on snow, coffee and donuts
- Sample our 2025 crop – amber and dark grades now available!

Before or after your visit to the sugarhouse, stop by our Country Store, located at 267 Main Street in Lancaster.
