July 21: National Ice Cream Day

You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream during National Ice Cream Day, Sunday July 21! Celebrate this summertime tradition with a heaping scoop of your favorite frozen treat. Make your day even sweeter by using one of our tasty maple ice cream recipes.

In 1984, President Ronald Regan declared every third Sunday of July as National Ice Cream Day and all around the country, folks flock to local shops and national chains to make the most of this holiday. Here at Fuller’s Sugarhouse, we prefer to celebrate with a maple spin.

Pure maple is a natural ingredient used to sweeten up ,any summertime dessert, but there’s something extra special about maple syrup and ice cream. Drizzled on top or incorporated right into the dessert itself, we hope your holiday is extra sweet!
