Gluten Free Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup quick cooking gluten-free oats
- (for cooking) Butter or oil
- (for drizzle and dipping) Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
Preparation
- Preheat a greased griddle to medium heat.
- Place all ingredients into a blender and puree for 30 – 60 seconds.
- Pour batter, ¼ cup at a time, onto hot, greased griddle. Cook for 4 minutes, flip after 2 minutes. Serve hot with Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
