Gluten Free Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup quick cooking gluten-free oats
  • (for cooking) Butter or oil
  • (for drizzle and dipping) Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat a greased griddle to medium heat.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree for 30 – 60 seconds.
  3. Pour batter, ¼ cup at a time, onto hot, greased griddle. Cook for 4 minutes, flip after 2 minutes. Serve hot with Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup.
