Fullers Sugarhouse

Maple Cream Soda


  • 1 cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out
  • 1 2-inch wide slice of lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 liter club soda


  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and let simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Pour club soda over ice and serve with 3-4 t. of Maple Cream Syrup
