Maple Granola Clusters

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 3/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Fuller’s Pure Maple Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Fuller’s Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking dish with parchment.
  2. Mix the oats, almond flour, salt, and almonds together in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a heat safe bowl combine coconut oil, maple sugar, and maple syrup. Microwave in intervals or double boil until the oil melts and the sugar dissolves.
  4. Mix in vanilla into sugar and oil and pour over dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly combine.
  5. Pour into prepared baking pan and press mixture tightly into an even layer in the pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, rotating the pan every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Break the granola slab into clusters and place on a baking sheet. Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Store in an airtight container to enjoy for breakfast or a snack.
