Maple Granola Clusters
Ingredients
- 3 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- to taste Salt
- 3/4 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Fuller’s Pure Maple Sugar
- 1/3 cup Fuller’s Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking dish with parchment.
- Mix the oats, almond flour, salt, and almonds together in a large bowl. Set aside.
- In a heat safe bowl combine coconut oil, maple sugar, and maple syrup. Microwave in intervals or double boil until the oil melts and the sugar dissolves.
- Mix in vanilla into sugar and oil and pour over dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly combine.
- Pour into prepared baking pan and press mixture tightly into an even layer in the pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes, rotating the pan every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
- Break the granola slab into clusters and place on a baking sheet. Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely. Store in an airtight container to enjoy for breakfast or a snack.
