Maple Roasted Peach & Yogurt Popsicles


For the Peaches

  • 3 Large Ripe Peaches, halved and pit removed
  • 2 T. Fuller’s Sugarhouse Pure Maple Sugar or Syrup
  • For Dusting Cinnamon

For the Yogurt

  • 2 C. Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 T. Fuller’s Sugarhouse Pure Maple Sugar or Syrup
  • Optional Toasted Oats or Nuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  2. Place the peaches on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with maple sugar (or syrup) and cinnamon.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes. Let cool, then pulse in a blender until completely smooth.
  4. In a bowl, stir together yogurt with the maple sugar (or syrup). Stir in toasted oats or nuts, optional.
  5. Begin by filling 6 popsicle molds halfway with the peach puree. Freeze for an hour, or until set enough to keep the peaches and yogurt separate.
  6. Top the peach puree with the yogurt and add the popsicle sticks. Freeze until hardened all the way through, about 6-8 hours.
