Sugar on Snow
Ingredients
- 1 quart Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
- 1 tub packed snow or well-crushed ice
Preparation
- In a large pot, heat up the Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup to 235F. Verify with a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and immediately pour in a “ribbon” shape over the snow.
- Serve, and enjoy!
