Sugar on Snow

Ingredients

  • 1 quart Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup
  • 1 tub packed snow or well-crushed ice

Preparation

  1. In a large pot, heat up the Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple syrup to 235F. Verify with a candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately pour in a “ribbon” shape over the snow.
  3. Serve, and enjoy!
